Is it after work out: This depends on what caused the tightness/soreness. If this is from physical activites ie. Workout, exercise, you only need to give it more time. If this is not related to physical activities, meaning the tightness came by itself, you might have a spasm (prolonged), for w/c you need to seek a health care provider. Prolonged spasm can be from low serum potassium or calcium levels.
