Magnesium, E, B12...: The most common nutrient needed for leg cramps is magnesium, ideally as glycinate, taurate or citrate, but sometimes potassium, calcium & vit e help. B12 shots can help too. Stretching the back of the legs before bedtime can help too. Many herbs can also relax muscles, such as valerian, skullcap, passionflower and kava. Consider warm baths with epsom salts and lavender oil.
