6 days ago i stretched & my calf locked up,my left leg now is painful, tight & swells, i can't point toes or walk right, what can i do to heal fast?

Heat is best. You can use a topical cream like Ben-Gay or IcyHot, heating pads (be careful not to burn yourself, don't use a heating pad when sleeping). Very gentle stretching. You can also take some anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen.
