Last 2to 3 months i have pain and swelling on my left leg right most finger and surroundings. i done even mri scan as doctor advised. still no change?

Swelling: I wouldn't have thought to do an MRI as the first investigation of the signs and symptoms you mention as they are anatomically quite removed from each other. You do not mention much by way of other symptoms or signs, so can only advise you to follow up with your doctor.
