Had fracture in leg foot on 2nd&3rd fingers.kept plaster for 24days.having swelling from ankle onwards now.cant see doctor as i stay in remote area.

Immobilize : Immobilize your fracture longer with plaster. Takes at least 6-12 weeks for complete healing.

Problems: Fractures do not usually heal in 24 days. It sounds like you took the cast off yourself which means the area is unstable. You need to at least get a compression wrap on to help immobilize the area and help push out the swelling. Keep leg elevated. And try not to walk on it.
