Hi. i sprained my ankle last thursday, and i have gone to urgent care twice but neither time was a scan required as per the doctors. my swelling has drastically reduced, but there is a bump on the foot that am concerned about that i would need input?

Basics: A thorough foot exam by a well trained doc can usually decide whether or not x-rays are needed. Sprains can often be worse than a simple break. Without doing an exam myself I cannot either fault the past efforts or suggest they do otherwise. You are free to consult another doc with a full exam.
