Woried abdomen CT scan may have missed any defects I may have with colon because colon was full of stool (needed to empty bowel but couldn't).

Chance 4 ab / pelvic CT scans all missed symptomatic colon cancer (narrow stools, occaision blood) over three years. Also had sigmoidosopy to 35cm?

Had CT without contrast and MRI of pelvis without contrast due to lower left pelvic pain that radiates down front of thigh to check for Diverticulosis/diverticultitis? Both showed no evidence of diverticula or diverticulitis.. Could it be missed?

Whipple 8/15. Severe upper left abd pain, recurrent fever (103), & acute pancreatitis in past 3 weeks. CT says multiple non dilated small bowel loops in abd & pelvis - says gastroenteritis. Other possibilities? Drs gave no answer for recurrent fever.
