No problem!: Stuffy nose after the operation is very common for several weeks.Saline nasal mist may help relieve your symptoms, which are normal.

Yes: Totally normal to have minor discomfort and temporary breathing difficulties within the first few weeks postop. If your symptoms do not start to improve, be sure to follow up with your surgeon.
