I have a painful centercide or mosquitto bite on my leg. can i take prednisone 20mg and augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) 1g together? can i add chlorphenamine tablets too?

Insect bite?: You CAN do anything you wish. The question is whether it is appropriate, and without seeing the area in question it is impossible to know what is needed. The best thing to do is let a doctor see this. Augmentin, (amoxicillin and clavulanate) even if you need an antibiotic, is far down the list of potential choices. Go see your family doctor.

Staph infection: Until your doctor rules it out you should consider that your sores with abscesses need urgent medical attention to save your life. The antibiotics you mention would not treat the common epidemic of dangerous staph infection. Go to the hospital now. Please.
