It will taste pretty bad, but if you don't handle pills well and you can get it down this way, it's fine.

This should not be crushed. It can be broken in half and both halves swallowed at the same time. Crushing this changes the way it is delivered to your system. There are also liquid and chewable versions of this medicine that are designed to be swallowed/chewed. You can ask your doctor about those options.
