Possible: When you adjust your biting pattern, you may end up with jaw pain or even biting your cheeks. However it may also be possible that you had been avoiding using these teeth because of the discomfort and resuming their use brings up the pain. Since canker sores usually resolve within 10 days, if this problem persists beyond that, see your dentist.

No: No. Should not have dental pain from a canker sore. If symptoms persist, See DDS or oral surgeon for evaluation.

Intriguing: Canker sores may cause localized gum pain, but not tooth pain. Change in bite pattern, muscle function, can cause teeth to become sore. If dental pain and/or "canker sores" represent for more than 2 weeks, make immediate appointment with your Dentist.
