I had i tooth removed two days ago. front molar. both nights i have slept since the procedure i woke up to blood on my pillow case. is this normal.

Overnight: Overnight a minimal amount of blood can mix with your saliva and drool out of your mouth and onto the pillow case. If everything else is fine, this is not uncommon and nothing to be concerned about.

A small amount: mixed with saliva is normal. If the pillowcase is saturated with blood call the dentist or oral surgeon.

Normal til now: oozing after an extraction is norm for a day and sometimes two. If this continues you may want to return to the surgeon for evaluation.
