Orthodontics: find another dentist/orthodontist. he should have noticed the short roots BEFORE treatment. you may be able to move your teeth to finish the treatment with one of the invisible tray systems which stabilize the teeth as they are moved. It may take longer than regular braces but would cause less harm to the roots of the teeth.
