Ortho relapse or...: If you are saying that your front teeth have moved after braces were removed, definitely return to your orthodontist to check your retainers. Hopefully you are wearing them, or you've wasted your time with braces. Also sometimes patients roots will "shrink" or resorb, during orthodontics. You may consider seeing a periodontist to check your roots as well.

It's Normal: The principle behind orthodontics is when pressure is put on teeth the bone supporting the tooth dissolves on the pressure side and fills in on the opposite side. Therefore, teeth do become loose during braces and tighten up in their new position. Discuss your concerns with your dentist.

It will improve: You are just beginning your orthodontic journey. It is totally normal for teeth to feel loose at this stage, because they in fact are! they must loosen to move, but in the beginning it does feel sore, and you are likely in light wires. As time goes on, they will become more straight, and the wires stiffer. You will soon feel comfortable for the overwhelming majority of time in orthodontics.

Loose and mobile: Teeth become somewhat loose and mobile during orthodontic treatment. That's a normal finding as teeth move. Orthodontic adjustments can make the teeth move in directions that you may not expect - but may be necessary and the teeth get sore.
