Anything's possible. Would need to review pre-treatment diagnostic records as well as current status in order to give an opinion, which is not possible in this education-only format. If you are concerned, recommend that you take your pre-treatment records (photographs, models, x-rays) with you and seek a 2nd opinion not by a General Dentist, but by a fully qualified Orthodontic specialist.

We’re pre-Orthodontia pictures taken. If so, then I would look at pre, and post Orthodontia pictures. I think that it is possible, but I can’t see you now, nor did I ever see you pre-Ortho. Ask a friend or family member. I would hope that your teeth look better now than before Ortho. was initiated.
