Yes: Tamoxifen is used to prevent breast cancer where it suppresses estrogen binding, it can act as an estrogenic stimulus on ovarian tissue initiating ovulation induction by a mechanism similar to clomiphene citrate. This drug Clomid is able to bind to estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus. preventing the brain from seeing the negative signal from estrogen This stimulates production of FSH.
