No: Tamoxifen has not been associated with ovarian cancer. However, it has been associated with a 1 in 300 risk of uterine cancer. The benefit of decrease in breast cancer far outweighs the risk of uterine cancer. The recommendation is to do a biopsy if you have bleeding on tamoxifen.
