Don't Stop: Need more info. If you have stage iv, where is the disease? Is it in the bones or organs? What other meds have you been on?If you're disease is controlled with hormone therapy (arimidex) and you are having side-effects, you should either take an alternative medicine to Arimidex (anastrozole) (famara or aromasin) or take meds to counter the side-effects.
