Sutures in TT???: Not sure what you are asking? If you have 'non dissolvable sutures than they need removal. If dissolvable than if after 6 weeks still present they need removal also. Best to return to see your chosen operative surgeon for very very close follow up...

Depends....: Every plastic surgeon performs a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) different. Many surgeons use permanent sutures to tighten the fascia (plication). These sutures do not dissolve and can cause problems later down the road. If you're worried about the strength, the sutures have little to do with the strength after about 6 weeks as everything is pretty much scarred down.
