Possible: It's definitely possible to have tubal reversal with a hernia repair together: depending on how big/complicated the hernia is your tubal surgeon may be able to do both, or it might require a general surgeon to do the hernia. I do not know your insurance or insurance plans in CA but nationwide most insurers do NOT cover elective plastic surgery at all. Best wishes.
