No risk: There would be no risk unless the tattoo artist was also injection this customers blood into their blood or having unprotected sexual intercourse that included blood to semen or semen to blood exposure. Getting a tattoo is not in any way a risk to the tattoo artist from a customer who may be infected with HIV.
