Stay the course: I must assume that you're under the care of a doctor who can manage CHF so stay with him/her and stay the course. Good luck to you!

Treat risk factors.: You need to treat underlying factors, if any, that lead to the CHF in the first place. There are other things you can do, such as adjusting your diet, salt (sodium) intake and fluid intake, exercise level, cardiac rehab etc. to help improve your overall heart health. If your heart continues to get worse despite these, talk to your doctor about options for cardiac transplant. I wish you the best.
