Side effects: Those are common side effects. I would contact your physician. He/she might want you to stop the medication or evaluate you in the office.

No: You should stop the medicine until you talk to your doctor. Let your prescribing doctor know immediately. You should be evaluated. Any pain that severe should be evaluated right away. Consider an urgent care clinic if you can't reach your doctor.
