Knee pain: I assume your hip has not been problematic after recuperating from the hip replacement. Changing your gait after hip replacement may place strain on a knee that also may have osteoarthritis involvement. In my experience that is the usual cause of the knee symptoms following hip replacement. Your orthopedic surgeon can evaluate you and advise you best.
