Pilonidal cyst drained a 2 weeks ago,right lower abdo pain for few days (appendix been removed) could abdominal pain be related to cyst being drained?

Unlikely: Is the abscess healing well? There is probably no relation between the two conditions. You could have a colon or ovarian issue or a kidney stone causing the abdominal pain. Get it checked.
