Its been two weeks since i had my menstrual and since then ive been having lower abdominal cramping followed by lower back pain and just yesterday i had spotting. is it too soon to take a pregnancy test or would it have to do with ovarian cyst?

Test : if negative, this is likely from irregular ovulation, possibly polycystic ovarian syndrome. Testing with your doctor is appropriate, sooner rather than later.
