Can gallbladder problems cause fatigue? i have periods of extreme fatigue even w little activity. i'm not overweight but have gallstones any ideas?

It could...: ...but lots of things can cause fatigue. Usually, gallbladder problems manifest as upper abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Fatigue is further down on the list.
