Sharp pain from the bottom right side of high neck all the way to the middle of spine that numbs arm and fingers and doest allow me to turn my head?

Various options: most commonly this is a trigger point in the paraspinous muscles or trapezoid causing radiating pain due to nerve irritation. Could be nerve root compression however so need to get an appropriate work-up.
