Everything connects: Whenever you extend your head back. It affecting your circulation to your neck, spine, as well as to your arm. So to begin with, see your doctor, and have it checked out to make sure it isn't something more serious. Peace of mind means a lot. Also, refrain from extending your head back until you see your doctor.

Nerve irritation: Pain in arms when hyper extending the neck usually means pressure over the nerves root as they come exit from the neck and travel to the arm by it self this is quite unusual in some one as young as you but it is possible that spine could be narrow making it prone to irritate the spinal cord so you should get some work up to check your spine please see a neurologist or medical doctor soon.
