Nerve pressure: You may have a disc problem or degenerative changes in the cervical (neck) spine with pressure on the nerves. In a few people, these symptoms go along with pressure at the top of the spine such as the chiari malformation. If your symptoms do not settle down, you should see your doctor. Other causes are possible. A lot will depend on your neurological examination. Diagnostic studies may be needed.
