Consult for care now: Depending on your resources (providers near you, insurance, etc.) you can find a place to get help. http://www.nola.gov/health-department/behavioral-health/behavioral-health-resources/ provides resources and referrals in your area, including a hotline for crises. If the social anxiety makes it hard, get a trust friend, family or loved one to help you. 911 is there for emergencies like self-harm.
