Try psychotherapy: These are issues that respond best to some good psychotherapy - perhaps at a Child Guidance Clinic or Family Care Center. Referral from a doctor or the local schools can be good and fees may be quite fair. If needed after an eval of you and the kids, referrals for Rx might be discussed. It's not necessary to let it get worse and helping before you deal with teens is a great idea!

Loss: Loss of a partner and single parenting are both very difficult. Have you been able to adequately grieve? If not, reccoment working with a spiritual advisor or a therapist. Since you carry a diagnosis fo depression - are you in treatment/ taking medications? If not- start with a medical evaluation to rule out medical causes of your symptoms. Medications are sometimes indicated. Talking therapy
