Hard to tell: Complex issues or vague symptoms always are easier to evaluate when a patient writes down his symptoms in a calendar diary, and then shows the diary (ongoing record) to his primary care doctor at follow-up visits. In the end, symptoms may turn out due to depression or anxiety... but that should not lead his doctor to not do some exams, some interviewing, and occasional tests or x-rays.

Anxiety: It's quite unlikely that your symptoms are due to coronary artery blockage but more likely are psychosomatic related to your uncle's demise. If you still have concerns, passing a treadmill stress test would give you reassurance and peace of mind.
