Athlete's Foot: You are probably suffering from athlete's foot. This is a common condition caused by a mild fungal infection. There are plenty of over the counter sprays and powders that you could pick up at your local pharmacy. You should start to see improvement after 2-3 days of using these sprays or powders.

Itching between toes: The most common cause is a fungal infection, known as tinea pedis or Athlete's Foot. The fungus flourishes in warm, moist, dark environments, such as between your toes. It is easily transferred from one person to the next, at gyms and in showers. Over the counter topical creams, lotions and powders are treatment options. There are always other more serious causes, which require a visit to your MD.
