is there a great health benefit to becoming a vegan/vegetarian? my proteins are mostly fish & turkey lunchmeat during weekdays. don't care for beef.

Not in: My opinion. I feel you get a more well rounded easier source of amino. acids in your fish And turkey eat a well rounded balanced diet and you will be healthy
