No: Plain x-Ray of the neck rules out a fracture, and dislocation, but not spinal injury; CT of the chest does not have the resolution to visualize the spine, only the bone. MRI imaging is better suited to visualize spinal injury. Best to see a neurologist and have a comprehensive neurological examination.
