Yes, but rare: The most intra-abdominal pressure occurs when you cough and sneeze. Theoretically, the mesh can migrate after the operation if you have a lot of coughing and/or sneezing. Call your surgeon.

Rare: It would be rare to have that happen especially with a laparoscopic approach where the increased abdominal pressure with coughing and sneezing presses the mesh against the defect. Probably just some irritation and strain in the operative area due to the coughing and sneezing.
