Back molar on top is cutting into bottom gum when i close mouth.... area is irritated dnt have insurance til aug 1?

See your dentist: You have pericornitis; a condition of inflamed gum tissue. Rinse that area 3X times a day with warm saline solution or Perioxyl solution which you can purchase at any drug store. The best solution is the have the upper molar tooth surface adjusted so it does not irrigate the lower gum tissue when closing or to have the upper molar removed.

If you don't have : insurance try to find a college of dentistry. They often offer reduced fees for people who do not have insurance.
