How many years do i have to do in order to be a cardiologist , what about a plastic surgeon? which one would you suggest me to takeand wich earn more?

First get a degree: Maybe you need to first see if you can graduate from a university with a high GPA in sciences. A MCAT over 32 points. Than see if you can attain an acceptance at a US Med School before worrying about whether becoming a PS or Cardiologist..Baby steps first....
