Not a problem: It shouldn't be a problem - most surgeons will allow you to continue Aspirin - if yours won't after you've asked him/her specifically about it, choose another surgeon.

Get new cardiologist: Easier then finding surgeon to operate on a patient who can easly bleed after surgery and then blame the surgeon.
