I feel like no oxygen gets to brain, white-outs, jaw/chest pain. can a vascular surgeon examine/diagnose me? cardiologist was no help cuz ekg normal?

Brain Issues: Nope. That is not the next step. If you are just feeling these things but are normal when examined and tested by a physician it is probably time to seek some help from a psychiatrist. If you feel you have a problem that is not real then they may have some insight for you.

Need more info: Cardio tests would include echo, holters, event recorders, tilt table tests , stress test etc. Other tests may be done by neurologist such as ct scan, mri, eeg etc hypoglycemic episodes and other metabolic causes should be ruled out. If all neg then panic attacks would be resonable DX and poss treated . However since im not sure what tests were done except an ekg can't really give you any specific rec.
