Ok so i'm a rower and my feet hurt every time i use a rowing machine but not in a boat. it hurts in the balls of my feet and along the arches?

You would need to : Provide more info such as what do you wear on your feet when you are in the boat if anything vs the machine? Is their any difference? Also, what is the difference between the boat and the simulator in terms of how the feet are positioned?
