Should i wear a walking boat for my toe...i hurt my foot about a month ago and it still hurts. i got x rays done and it showed that i dislocated it?

See a specialist: If an xray showed a dislocated toe, the doctor should have done a reduction and put it in its proper alignment. Sometimes you also have a fracture. You likely need a new xray to determine why you still have pain and what your next proper treatment should be. A boot is only effective for certain types of injuries. Good luck!
