OK: This is not a problem in and of itself unless it is interfering with other life activities. If you would like to get on a more regulated and typical wake cycle. Eat regular meals. Exercise daily in the am or early afternoon. Avoid drugs, alcohol and stimulants like caffeine.

Fatigue!: It would not be unusual to stay awake if you slept thru the afternoon. Most likely one would feel tired and out of sorts. It would be wise to eat well, exercise mildly and get to bed at a reasonable time this evening. Probably would be wise not to nap during the day. Good luck and good health.
