What kind of sleep disturbance could cause a 5 year old to wake up in a carseat looking normally awake and start shaking on both sides of arms/legs and complain of right leg pain for 1-2 minutes for the shaking stops. speech seemed hard to understand?

Please see your Pediatrician to rule out a seizure. Some forms of seizures may result in these symptoms. Other causes to consider include metabolic causes and trauma. Is he otherwise healthy and vaccinated? Did he have COVID 19 infection? Is he taking any medications? Is an accidental ingestion a possibility?

I am a healthy and fit 19 year old male but whenever I sleep more than 7.5 or 8 hrs, I wake up with soreness in my arms and legs and lower back. Its not extremely painful but just feels sore everywhere. Could this be growing pains or something else?
