Many problems: You describe many symptoms here. You should see your family md for a workup and rule out any problems such as a connective tissue disease. Also, due to this many symptoms at a young age, it makes me want you to be evaluated for your symptoms.

Agree with Dr. A: Additional issues to consider: 1. If you are overweight, lose weight. 2. Exercise. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week.
