i have to lay down slowly so that my back can adjust. i will have a lower back pain for a few minutes after i finally lay down. my chest feels like it is caving in when i awake in the morning. i try to alternate which side i sleep on. i always have should

Many problems: You describe many symptoms here. You should see your family md for a workup and rule out any problems such as a connective tissue disease. Also, due to this many symptoms at a young age, it makes me want you to be evaluated for your symptoms.

Agree with Dr. A: Additional issues to consider: 1. If you are overweight, lose weight. 2. Exercise. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week. Start with duration and intensity, as tolerated and gradually increase the time and intensity. 3. Have a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
