Shock: This has a number of possibilities. It seems to occur on the left side. I would consider such things as nerve compression, hernia, kidney stone or intermittent testicular torsion. There are likely other considerations. Talk with your doctor and work through the problem. Taking a video might be helpful. All the best. It sounds annoying.
