See details: You cannot cure it but if taking an antihistamine such as Claritin, (loratadine) Allegra or Zyrtec daily does not help, allergy shots may. You have the allergy because component found in dust particles have caused you to produce antibodies to them.

Dust happens! : Dust: irritating on airways in pretty much everyone. However, it can also contain allergens that trigger allergy in susceptible persons. House dust contains, among bits of pollen, animal particles, mold spores, unique allergens from the house dust mite (HDM). Exposure to HDM can cause allergy, and treated like any other allergy: reduce exposure, medication, and possibly allergy shots.
