Allergen avoidance !: Some physical barrier like nasal mask, might help! frequent dusting and vacuuming goes a long way too. But a dose of zyrtec which is great for indoor and outdoor allergen s might help! Nasonex (mometasone) nasal spray can alleviate symptoms too! regards!
