Is there a good way to clean without triggering my dust allergy?

Yes: Wear a niosh rated n95 respirator mask. Use either a central, cyclonic, or hepa vacuum cleaner. Reduce or remove rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture. Smooth surfaces are easier to clean. Do not clean at bedtime. It takes 2 hours for the dust to settle back down.
